Not In Love Book Review
Not In Love book is a poignant tale of self-discovery, heartbreak, and healing as two souls navigate the complexities of love and unspoken emotions.
The conflicting relationships between Rue, a talented but socially awkward engineer, and Eli, a cofounder of the private equity firm vying for control of Kline, the company where Rue works, are covered in Ali Hazelwood's fifth contemporary adult romance book, Rue believes that having a romantic relationship with Eli would be equal to betraying Florence, the CEO of Kline, who has been her friend and mentor for years, despite their mutual attraction.
Rue and Eli both discover that an honest relationship must be built on true loyalty as they teach one other how to love. Ali Hazelwood has published a number of novellas and a young adult romance in addition to Not in Love. Since she teaches neuroscience, all of her adult romances have protagonists that work in STEM-related disciplines, and each one presents a unique perspective on the typical issues that occur in these male-dominated environments.
